Requirements

  • Minimum of 3/5 years of experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or in a Middle Management position in the mobile/retail business/manufacturers (OEM) such as Samsung, LG, Motorola, Lenovo, etc
  • University graduate (Degree in Economic/Administrative areas, Industrial Engineering/Other engineering with strong administrative and/or business focus)
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced management of Office and Internet
  • Finance Acumen (cost of operations, P&L, how we earn or lose money in a deal, etc.) and knowledge of operations to discuss with clients
  • Great capacity to balance the best interests of the client and those of Assurant
  • Interpersonal & Communication skills both internal & externally
  • Strong negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing strong relations with clients (managing Claro and Movistar accounts in mobile business)
  • Responsible for client development and generation of business plans that support this management (including annual business plan with client, sales plans for each account)
  • Responsible for monitoring and compliance with business plans (daily monitoring of projects’ progress, generating reports)
  • Responsible for coordinating, both internally and externally, the implementation of new products within existing businesses, meeting objectives and commitments (timely implementation of new business/modifications, compliance with product release dates)
  • Responsible for providing cost-effective solutions that promote sustained growth
  • Act as the main point of communication with the client, monitoring weekly calls and monthly meetings
  • Visit Assurant clients, monitoring business plans
  • Attend industry events to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare recommendations to maintain execution of business plans and strategies that generate greater profitability
  • Identify and take actions for cross-selling opportunities (driving cross-selling in various channels, with Digital and B2B areas)
  • Manage and negotiate renewal contracts and repricings
  • Manage operational issues related to the acquisition of new clients and internal operational issues
  • Supervise the COE team and manage the sales and incentive budget for all sales channels (own stores, official agents, tele-sales)
  • Monitor and develop the Trade In business with Motorola and retailers
  • Collaborate with Commercial Directors in the development of products, identifying new business opportunities (launching new products)
