Responsibilities

The CRM Specialist will build, QA, and launch targeted campaigns in Braze across multiple channels like email, SMS, content cards, and in-app messaging. They will use Liquid, dynamic content, and modular templates to deliver personalized patient and practitioner experiences at scale. This role involves configuring attributes, events, and tags to power segmentation, triggers, and personalization, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting Braze journeys to ensure smooth data flows and audience logic. Responsibilities also include integrating campaigns across web, app, and landing pages for optimized lifecycle communications, maintaining compliance with privacy regulations and consent handling, and training team members on Braze features and best practices.
