Responsibilities

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic CRM strategy to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will advise and guide internal departments and external agencies in planning and executing targeted CRM initiatives, from concept to implementation. This includes segmenting target audiences based on behavioral data and customer development stages, designing and managing high-performing CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS), and building and optimizing scalable customer journeys. Furthermore, you will manage interfaces and ensure quality between company goals and agency execution, focusing on efficiency and brand alignment, collaborating with data teams to derive insights and recommendations, and monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to continuously improve performance. Finally, you will support the ongoing development of the CRM system as needed.
