Responsibilities

The Creative Production Manager will actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials; oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards; work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, and content) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets; collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness; serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives; ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals across various marketing platforms; identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency within the creative team and streamline collaboration with external partners.
