Graphics portfolio demonstrating proficiency in a variety of design styles, media and animation

Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint for Intranet

Designs and coordinates execution of print and digital projects (presentations, marketing collateral, recruiting materials, e-blast graphics, cards, invitations, intranet graphics, reports, web banners, logos, posters, signage, templates)
Coordinates the implementation of final products, working with printers, programmers, developers or other internal/external partners
Produces accurate and high-quality graphic design work within tight deadlines
Proactively brainstorms, mocking up design ideas and presenting ideas to internal staff
Enforces the Company’s branding standards
Develops and tracks project budgets and schedules
Works closely with traffic manager to prioritize project queues, managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
Manages external print and creative vendors
Develops and maintains an organized archive of all creative projects
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
