Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar role. Excellence in ideation and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google ad networks is required, along with experience in creating user-generated content, storytelling, and direct response communications. A strong background in performance marketing driven by insights and analytics, excellent project and time management skills, and strong team development skills are essential. Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency is also required. Experience with AI tools, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok algorithms, the health and fitness vertical, subscription-based applications, and the mobile advertising market are considered a plus.
The Creative Producer will provide strategic support to improve marketing creative strategy and implement it across various ad networks. They will generate fresh, user-centric creative ideas, write briefs, and analyze UA results and creative performance to enhance metrics. Responsibilities include conducting market research, competitor analysis, and applying insights to drive innovative solutions. The role involves managing full-cycle creative production from idea to implementation, motivating the team, planning workload, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to optimize processes. They will also provide feedback, share best practices, mentor teammates, and present work confidently, clarifying creative choices within a broader context.
