Requirements

3–5 years of experience creating and producing educational or instructional video content for SaaS or technology products
Experience with the full video production lifecycle, including storyboarding, scripting, screen capture, voiceover, editing, and publishing
Familiarity with video editing software and AI-driven video creation tools
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and storytelling techniques
Ability to analyze engagement and retention metrics to improve video effectiveness
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end creation of all customer-facing educational video content
Develop high-quality, engaging, and instructional videos that teach customers how to use and maximize Harvey
Create a diverse range of video formats, including product walkthroughs, workflow deep dives, short-form videos, and motion graphics explainers
Incorporate storytelling and clear instructional design principles to ensure concepts are approachable and memorable
Leverage AI-driven video creation tools to streamline production and meet fast-paced content goals
Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all video content
Work with the Customer Education Strategist to analyze engagement and retention metrics to improve effectiveness and viewer experience
Regularly update videos to align with new product releases or feature updates
Experiment with new formats, visuals, and techniques to enhance comprehension and accessibility
Ensure all videos meet high production and accessibility standards
Work closely with Product, Legal Sales, and Marketing to ensure content accuracy and alignment across touchpoints
Collaborate with Go-to-Market Enablement to ensure videos are surfaced effectively to internal teams
Participate in review cycles with subject matter experts to validate messaging and technical details
