The role also demands the capacity to think about big-picture creative strategy while delivering against individual briefs, experience analyzing data and consumer insights to inform marketing creative, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment across different time zones and cultures. A proactive, self-starting attitude that is both collaborative and independent is also necessary.
The Creative Director will lead global marketing efforts for Firefox, balancing conceptual vision with craft excellence. This includes guiding an in-house team and agency partners to develop campaign creative toolkits and adapt them for global markets. The role involves driving brand marketing campaigns to connect Firefox with audiences in key markets, providing mentorship and management to an internal team, and reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Brand and Creative.
