Responsibilities

The Director of Brand & Creative will lead the concepting and execution of high-impact brand campaigns, product launches, and storytelling across various channels, ensuring cohesion and relevance for enterprise audiences. This role involves partnering with Marketing leadership on brand strategy and translating it into compelling creative work, including visual identities and content. Responsibilities also include managing, mentoring, and inspiring a creative team, scaling the team as needed, and managing agency partners. The Director will champion new ways of working by integrating AI into the creative process, jumping in for hands-on design tasks when necessary, and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales. Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, creating enterprise storytelling content, and tracking campaign performance to refine creative approaches are also key duties.
