The ideal candidate will have experience managing and resolving DealHub-related tickets, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Proficiency in gathering requirements, translating technical solutions into business terms, and communicating changes effectively across an organization is essential. Experience with CPQ solutions, particularly DealHub, and Salesforce (SFDC) is required. Familiarity with real estate software and business processes, along with experience in data analysis and reporting, is also necessary. The ability to advise on current state business processes and assist with designing future state quoting models is important.
The CPQ Consultant will manage and resolve DealHub-related tickets, including issue requests and enhancement requests, by engaging with reporters, stakeholders, and technical resources. They will gather requirements for enhancements, capture details and acceptance criteria, and ensure scalable solutions are created. The consultant will stay engaged with the DealHub Account Representative on changes and communicate global DealHub changes to the internal team, drafting communications and training materials. Responsibilities also include advising on current state DealHub business processes for MRI, documenting quoting models of acquired businesses, and comparing MRI and acquired business quoting models. The role involves assisting with the design of future state MRI quoting, partnering with various departments to ensure data and quoting requirements are met, and ensuring the SFDC aspect of quoting is architected accurately. Additionally, the consultant will provide reporting support for elements from DealHub and Salesforce and act as a front-facing Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DealHub, assisting with required business owner trainings.
