Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in driving revenue growth and leading go-to-market initiatives for technology-focused organizations, vendors, or consultancies within the French region.

Responsibilities (Detailed)

  • Develop, execute, and lead a go-to-market growth strategy and strategic sales plan for the country, aiming to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Assume coordination of Cohere's anchor partnership in the country, working in tandem with the global account team.
  • Provide sales and operational leadership to Cohere's cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with company objectives.
  • Act as the primary representative of Cohere in the local market, promoting the company’s vision, products, and services.
  • Represent Cohere at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and engage with regulators and government agencies.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise-level clients and partners to ensure Cohere's success in the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiating and closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with global teams to establish best practices for enterprise-level project implementations.
