The Country Finance Manager should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in financial management, particularly within a rapidly scaling SaaS company. Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements in Switzerland is essential, as is experience with international payroll and compliance.
As the Country Finance Manager, you will oversee and develop all financial activities within the designated location, including accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting, with a focus on improving period-end closing processes. You will be responsible for preparing and managing ledger entries, payroll, tax benefits, and contributions reports for various regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Additionally, you will reconcile all balance sheet accounts and provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
