Comfort navigating documentation, project management, and reporting tools, demonstrated ability to influence without authority, and strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
The Corporate Administrator will lead the execution and continuous improvement of administrative and compliance workflows, including building and managing new processes outside of Legal. They will ensure 100% SLA adherence on key processes, deliver consistent reporting, and establish centralized documentation such as SOPs and audit trails. The role also involves demonstrating higher performance than U.S. counterparts in speed, cost, or quality for at least one process and building stakeholder trust to expand the scope of Team India's operations.
