Requirements

  • Must have experience selling to public sector and/or working for a cybersecurity vendor
  • Sales experience; cold calling and generating net new business
  • Proven experience selling a complex multi-product architecture; sell into C-level executives to evaluator-level engineers
  • Track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly
  • Extremely results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships as well as external partnerships
  • Excellent energy, drive and a real desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts
  • Ability to build effective relationships quickly, understand business challenges, simplify complex messaging and communicate clearly and transparently

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with prospective customers and identify net new opportunities
  • Run a sophisticated end to end sales process from prospecting to closure
  • Work closely with internal teams to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your sales quota
  • Forecast and report updates to management team
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed for set accounts
  • Act as CrowdStrike’s ambassador within client accounts
