Candidates must possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds and walk throughout the studio. Previous sales experience for one year is preferred, along with MBO experience, and a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
The Core Crew member will provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, generating sales, promoting the studio, and delivering a positive experience with professionalism and patience. This includes connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts, educating about offers, and responding to client needs and concerns promptly. Core Crew members will maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform client-facing system tasks, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones.
High-intensity, low-impact resistance training classes
Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards.
