The Opportunity

This position is located in Bogotá in the Nutritional Products division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You Will Do

  • Ensure the execution of commercial, brand, and channel development plans for regions.
  • Implement the success picture in points of sale associated with your channel. Be the guarantor of their execution.
  • Alignment and communication with the commercial team (KAM and Trade Marketing).
  • Panel management, in terms of information quality and composition. Collection of PDV additions and removals in the panel, suggested by the panel, to be elevated for approval to commercial management and TM.
  • Ensure ideal assortment and fundamentals (price, stock-outs, inventories) in points of sale associated with your channel. Raise timely alerts to the commercial and TM team.
  • Compliance with field visits according to channel objectives to generate accompaniment for the commercial team (KAM - TM) and V&M. 60% administrative work and 40% in the field (PDV visit objectives will be coordinated by channel).
  • Sponsor continuous improvement and evolution of VUM system measurement indicators. Generating quality and truthful information for decision-making.
  • Review of incentive settlements and review of V&M management reports (by region – channel) to elevate them for approval by the commercial manager and/or TM for payment.
  • Plan and manage Trade Marketing, Commercial, and brand resources to drive and improve sales.
  • Accompany Vision and Marketing managers, ensuring the execution of channel strategy and tactics.
  • Generate insights, commercial inputs, and brand inputs for the generation of channel and brand strategies and developments (nationally and regionally).
  • Develop and execute the customer relationship plan detailing business objectives and strategies to offer tailor-made solutions.
  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and results of regional special projects and brand projects (T&S, category acceleration, defense plans, BTL activation plans, launches, and innovations).
  • Accompany TM in the development of omnichannel programs.

Qualifications Required

  • Professional degree in careers such as Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.

Qualifications Preferred

  • 3 years of experience in commercial areas (sales, field visits, trade marketing, and marketing) - traditional channel / TAT.
