Responsibilities

The Contracts Administrator will provide support to the Contracts team and legal department by managing contracts and associated documents throughout the revenue and procurement lifecycle. This includes assisting sales and sales enablement teams with certifications, insurance forms, and RFP/RFI requests. Key duties involve reviewing revenue contracts for accuracy, facilitating signatures, completing signature processes as required by Puerto Rico law (potentially involving in-person signatures and travel), and supporting bid response preparation and contractual compliance. The role also requires maintaining accurate contract records in SFDC and other repositories, managing legal and contracts email inboxes, validating client entitlements, managing contract correspondence and documentation, ensuring accurate post-signature processing of orders and contracts, and participating in company acquisition integrations and other projects.
