Candidates should possess a strong understanding of GTM processes, including lead management, sales stages, and routing logic, and proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and project management tools like Notion or Linear. Experience as a Salesforce system administrator with Lightning UX, along with familiarity with tools like marketing automation software, PlanHat, LinkedSquares, RevenueHero, Gong, or s, is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent documentation skills, and comfort with change management and stakeholder coordination are also required.
The Contract Rev Ops Analyst will map, document, and continuously improve key revenue processes across the sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization. They will own and maintain process documentation to ensure internal alignment, transparency, and consistency across global teams, partner with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Systems to scope and implement operational improvements, manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, support and improve lead/account routing logic and workflows, assist in territory planning and account ownership within the CRM, conduct process audits, collaborate with RevOps leadership, and create SOPs, training materials, and enablement documentation. The role may also involve supporting the team with Deals Desk responsibilities and processes, monitoring system usage, and working with systems administrators to implement updates and workflows.
