Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth tech environments, demonstrated success in hiring for both Go-To-Market (GTM) and technical roles, strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools such as Greenhouse or Lever, excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to adapt quickly and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both Go-To-Market (GTM) and Technical functions, partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process, source, engage, and assess passive and active candidates through various channels, ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, track pipeline metrics and deliver regular updates to stakeholders, and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s culture, values, and business needs to effectively pitch the opportunity.
