Requirements

Responsibilities

The Contracts Associate will draft, review, and edit various agreements such as MNDAs, research agreements, and service agreements. Responsibilities include administering the contract management process, organizing digital contract files and databases using IronClad, communicating contractual requirements to external partners, identifying contract-related risks, and supporting process improvements. The role also involves escalating contractual problems to General Counsel as needed.
