Responsibilities
Identifies opportunities, introduces, and sells advanced technology products and services to new and existing MDU clients
Establishes consultative relationships with clients to understand needs and provide proposals utilizing solution selling
Presents company services to new and existing customers, highlighting full suite of services to differentiate from competition
Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with owners, developers, property managers, and university officials
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal cross-functional partners
Ensures positive customer experience by facilitating smooth transitions during onboarding
Manages defined territory, including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and brand enhancement
Makes presentations to managers and developers, attends meetings and social functions for visibility
Notifies senior leadership of market dynamics and competitive landscape changes
Provides exemplary customer service, follows up on leads/inquiries, and resolves issues timely with cross-functional partners
Reviews assigned territory to ensure periodic customer contact
Assists in preparing project status reports and maintains accurate sales/service and customer activity records
