Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Build rapport with clients, understand their business, service a portfolio of 20-25 clients, demonstrate success through ROI reporting and delivery against objectives
  • Content Strategy: Consult, develop, and maintain multi-faceted content marketing strategies including research, interpretation, and presentation of statistical reporting
  • Revenue Retention and Growth: Retain clients in portfolio, grow account base, sell next strategies, create statements of work to meet client business objectives, demonstrate commercial savvy
  • Project Management: Collaborate with content creation teams (editorial, graphics, video, social media), web integration team, and clients to execute strategies delivering strong ROI
  • Manage execution and integration of custom content strategies driving growth for mid-large organizations
