Candidates should have 6-8 years of content marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally in healthcare or fintech, with a portfolio or work examples demonstrating strong writing and analytical skills across multiple mediums. They must possess a strong understanding of content marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong marketing strategy skills, particularly in creating omnichannel customer engagement, and experience with people and/or team management are also required.
As the Content Marketing Director, you will drive the brand narrative and AI positioning in collaboration with the CMO, develop an overall editorial and enterprise content marketing strategy, lead an external team of copywriters and communications professionals, and develop thought leadership, experiential programming, and full-funnel content assets. You will integrate all content to ensure consistency, adapt the content voice and tone, set clear goals and KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Demand, Experiential, Brand Design, Product Marketing, and Sales teams, as well as external partners to expand promotional channels and reach target audiences.
