Candidates should have experience managing content within a mobile app environment, ideally in wellness, health, fitness, or educational platforms. A proven track record of building and executing impactful content strategies inside digital products, beyond marketing, is required. Strong editorial sense, experience applying user insights in partnership with research teams, demonstrated ability to run structured experiments and analyze outcomes, and skilled in interpreting data to inform decision-making are also necessary. Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude is expected.
The Content Lead will define and lead a full-funnel multi-media content strategy for a new health and wellness app, champion content quality, and partner with UX researchers and data analysts to gather user insights. They will lead content ideation sessions, oversee the full lifecycle of multimedia content production, and own content experimentation strategy. Responsibilities also include leveraging analytics tools to monitor key KPIs, collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and subject matter experts, presenting content plans and performance results to stakeholders, and ensuring content adaptability across channels.
