Requirements
Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience shipping larger scale software products, and a portfolio demonstrating content design skills with a high bar for quality and craft. They should also have a strong interest in tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into a clear vision, as well as impactful communication and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
The Content Designer will contribute to the overall design and product direction at OpenAI, ship high-quality products and improvements, partner closely with engineering, product management, AI research, and design peers, engage in user research, contribute to and evolve the design system, and help establish the design culture and grow the team. They will also work on the end-to-end design of new features and improvements across a range of OpenAI products and help chart the company’s course into the future as it evolves its technology and design paradigms.
