Responsibilities

As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for designing, writing, and testing clear, compelling in-product language, including product flows, interface language, help materials, and taxonomies. You will conduct content discovery and research through audits, user surveys, interviews, and workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate content effectiveness through analytics and A/B testing, and manage international stakeholder relationships to ensure global quality standards. Additionally, you will create, review, configure, and proof various content types, design and deliver product flows and new features, and contribute to the overall content strategy and execution for new products.
