Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in client base through regular interactions
  • Deliver client service excellence in line with Service Level Policies and contractual obligations for Tier 1 clients
  • Take overall responsibility for annual Information renewal, quotation, and proposal generation processes
  • Identify areas to grow the Information business through provision of Premium Support Services (PSS)
  • Identify potential threats to the existing IQVIA Information business (e.g., dissatisfaction, competitive activity, low usage) and take corrective action or escalate
  • Collaborate with Team Leader and Business Development team to manage clients and share leads timely
  • Be accountable for all Service Core Management Processes in line with the Client Service Operating model
  • Be a trusted partner by understanding clients and their marketplaces
  • Lead the Service Framework by resolving and proactively addressing client service issues for full satisfaction
  • Be accountable for all service-related actions, client queries, and delivery of contracted services, including post-delivery reviews
  • Provide Client Delivery team with information for query investigation and report changes; perform initial analytics for data queries
  • Support all processes where required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve, and communicate client issues, including TPA and Data Disclosure requests
  • Manage structured service review meetings (agendas, actions, timely delivery)
  • Ensure adherence to all service boundaries and processes
  • Ensure compliance with use of templates and adherence to Client Service team operating model
  • Ensure compliance in storing and updating client materials in central repository
  • Deliver presentations and training on IQVIA information services, products, and platforms as required
  • Continually develop and update own knowledge
