Proven experience in management, business, or technology consulting
Strong track record in developing and closing complex consulting engagements
Exceptional leadership and influencing skills across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strategic mindset, business acumen, and results orientation
Deep understanding of how strategy, functional transformation, and technology combine to create value
High level of Spanish and English
In-depth knowledge of industry-specific processes, ecosystems, and market dynamics (valued)

Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, bringing together strategy, functional, and technology experts to deliver end-to-end solutions
Represent the brand in the market, participating in industry forums, events, and thought leadership initiatives that reinforce our market positioning
