Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science (or combination of relevant training and/or experience in lieu of degree)
Typically minimum 4+ years relevant experience
Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience
Seasoned, experienced professional with full understanding of area of specialization
Ability to resolve wide range of issues in creative ways
Works on problems of diverse scope requiring evaluation of identifiable factors
Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solutions
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise
Receives little instruction on day-to-day work; general instructions on new assignments

Responsibilities

Manage product launch strategies in accordance with the project playbook and primary measure(s)
Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams
Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launch
Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements
Recommend strategies, processes, and solutions for operational impacts
Create operational process and workflow documentation
Work with sales leadership to create or facilitate needed materials for sales readiness
Provide direction to product development and overall process of product and services function
Build products and services from existing ideas and develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers/prospects
Increase profitability of existing products and services and develop new solutions to advance business objectives and client needs
Build strong working relationships with marketing, sales, support staff, product development, vendors, senior management, and key customers
