Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience as an SAP consultant specializing in warehouse management (WM) and/or extended warehouse management (EWM). They should demonstrate the ability to independently configure WM and/or EWM modules, exhibit curiosity and awareness of the latest developments in S/4HANA, and have a strong understanding of project methodologies and the technical aspects of SAP projects, including the formalization of business processes. Fluency in English is required, and a dislike of routine is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a multi-client consultant, the candidate will join a multidisciplinary team to participate in SAP consulting missions involving the analysis of situations, the recommendation and implementation of functional or technical solutions throughout the lifecycle of the client's SAP solution. They will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
