Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday HCM/Financials. Strong multitasking and analytical skills are required, along with good communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in Workday or other HCM ERP platforms, particularly in Benefits, Payroll, Time tracking, and Finance, is mandatory. Familiarity with Gen AI and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Workday Senior Manager - Global Application Managed Services (AMS) will serve as a “go-to” practice leader, providing expert guidance and development support to the Consulting management team. They will assist the sales team with sales activities, including orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW’s), and work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and leads. This role involves identifying business needs, staffing projects, monitoring consultant work-life balance, managing a team of managers and consultants, delivering managed services accounts, providing client expertise, facilitating project planning and execution, mentoring team members, and contributing to billable delivery activities. The individual will also assist with recruitment, development, and management of a remote consulting team, promote a team-oriented environment, address escalations, support RFP responses, and contribute to new business opportunities.
