Position Overview

Working closely with Senior Consultants, Associate Directors, and Directors, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely analytical data for client projects in the life sciences domain. Assignments range from tactical quantitative analysis and problem-solving to assisting in the development of complex strategic solutions. Consultants may serve as project leads for small teams or workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the review and analysis of client requirements or issues and aid in the development of proposals and client solutions.
  • Assist in the development of detailed documentation and specifications.
  • Perform substantial quantitative or qualitative analysis to aid in the identification of client issues and the development of advanced analytics consulting solutions.
  • Assist in the design/structuring and delivery of presentations tailored to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
  • Develop and present, as required, comprehensive client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proactively develop a foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.
  • Engagement-based responsibilities are assigned and managed by Senior Consultants, Associate Directors, or Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
  • PowerBI, R, Python, or experience with other analytics tools is an asset.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) required, advanced proficiency desired.
  • Willingness to work effectively with others within the organization to achieve team goals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of fundamental business processes, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.
  • Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to your functional area.
  • Awareness of current events and developments within the life sciences sector.
