Responsibilities

The Consultant will provide top-class consultancy to support clients in Container Terminal operations, develop and implement strategies to optimize container terminal operations, conduct thorough analyses of current terminal processes, evaluate and redesign terminal processes, implement best practices and industry standards, assess and recommend technological solutions, oversee the integration of new technologies, collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops and training sessions, develop KPIs, prepare reports, coordinate with teams, ensure compliance, and promote a culture of safety and operational excellence. They will also implement advanced modules and mentor terminal control room users.
