Requirements

Candidates should possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Life Science Industry, along with 3+ years of experience in the Life Sciences and 5+ years of customer-facing and business analyst experience. Strong knowledge of the product implementation process, customer service skills, and communication skills are required, as well as an open-minded approach and team spirit, coupled with excellent innovation capability.

Responsibilities

The Consultant will serve as the critical bridge between internal and external product stakeholders and software development teams, gathering business and technical requirements to drive effective conversations and minimize rework. They will possess business and technical knowledge to communicate effectively with customers, manage relationships with clients and stakeholders through strong negotiation skills, and act as a liaison with end-user clients during software development. Furthermore, the role involves analytical problem-solving skills to provide optimal solutions, writing and maintaining useful documentation, creating Requirement Traceability Matrices, and delivering implementation solutions in commercial life science, including analysis of customer requirements, proposal development, and support for the pre-sales phase.
