Candidates must possess a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant sales experience, along with a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in the waste or transportation industry is preferred.
The Construction Account Manager is responsible for identifying leads, proactively prospecting and selling temporary waste removal services to the construction industry, building and growing long-term customer relationships, exceeding monthly targeted profitable growth objectives, preparing and delivering sales presentations, utilizing Salesforce, generating sales leads for permanent sales opportunities, meeting with clients and Sales Manager to review progress and customer relationships, and partnering with the operations team to address customer service issues. They also participate in company-sponsored activities and events, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
