Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 years; Assoc.+6 years), and 2 years of related selling experience in medical device sales, medical sales, or business-to-business sales. The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English is required.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships, clarifying customer needs, promoting customer focus, executing marketing plans, and achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas. You will also be expected to meet call metrics, ensure compliance, and drive adoption of Alcon products through a needs-based selling approach.
