Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for engineering and operational matters on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and budget
Oversee day-to-day operations at project sites throughout design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases
Recruit staff, conduct interviews, hire, assign work, and provide training, coaching, mentoring, and counseling
Manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee team performance, serve as point of contact, and collaborate with leadership
Support and lead business development activities, including finding opportunities, developing proposals, and collaborating with teams
Oversee implementation and compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and contract management; support communication with leadership and corporate teams
Support and lead corporate and business unit initiatives
Coordinate and manage projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, developing meeting minutes and action items
Coordinate and manage key project documentation and decisions
Perform administrative duties, including preparing invoices, estimates, and scheduling meetings
Work closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
Support internal knowledge sharing and corporate knowledge management
