Requirements

  • 10+ years in engineering leadership
  • Recent experience as a senior engineering leader (VP, CTO, or equivalent)
  • Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms
  • IoT experience is a plus
  • Track record of taking early-stage products to scale
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, APIs, real-time data, and ideally IoT or AI/ML systems
  • Skilled at building high-performing teams
  • Strong communicator
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information

  • Background in manufacturing, industrial tech, or operations-heavy products (Bonus)

  • Implement practices and tools that allow for rapid, reliable delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team
  • Build and maintain a strong engineering culture
  • Establish clear processes for technical delivery, sprint planning, and cross-team alignment
  • Oversee technical execution across multiple initiatives
  • Drive operational excellence in software development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver features
