Responsibilities

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple simultaneous construction and small projects throughout the BJ’s Wholesale Club chain, including planning, budgeting, plan review, and creating bid documents. They will also monitor construction, manage contractors, and oversee the closeout of assigned projects to meet BJ’s Development Goals, working closely with contractors, club operations, and field team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Furthermore, they will develop plans, solicit qualified contractors, award and manage new Club, gas station, and remodel construction projects, and coordinate internal resources to support various projects during construction.
