They will act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments, developing and tracking implementation project plans, providing status updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction through communication and issue resolution. Additionally, the Sr. Project Manager will utilize management and negotiation skills to drive successful implementation outcomes and monitor key implementation progress metrics.
