Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management. Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of construction schedules and budgets are essential, as is the ability to conduct regular job site visits for quality assurance and compliance.
The Construction Project Manager will maintain accurate project communication and knowledge with Landlords and Contractors, review project schedules and progress photos, conduct weekly contractor/developer progress status reports, and validate proposed costs related to changes. They will also develop strong relationships with project teams, provide weekly status reports, identify and resolve project issues, conduct walk-throughs to create punch lists, and ensure timely project closeouts and building responsibility transitions to Facilities Managers.
