Compliance & Verification Administrator (USA Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote)

The Compliance & Verification Administrator will review and verify therapist session notes for accuracy and completeness, analyze data to identify anomalies or patterns indicating fraudulent activity, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. They will review enrolment requirements and supporting documents to confirm authenticity and validity, communicate with therapists and providers to hold them accountable for compliance, and log into the HCSIS system to accept assigned cases promptly. Responsibilities also include reviewing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and Evaluation Reports (ERs) within required timelines, uploading verified documents into the provider portal, managing and documenting PEIDs-related emails, and preparing and sending welcome letters to clients/families during onboarding.
