Yes, this is a fully remote working role with no office requirements.

The role requires working EST hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm EST (14h00 to 23h00 South African time, subject to change with daylight savings), including both South African and US public holidays.

The role requires excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong attention to detail, consistency, proactive follow-up, and organization.

A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) supporting a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory, along with a reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.

Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, comfortable with highly repetitive and routine tasks, able to maintain accuracy and focus, and skilled at holding providers accountable for compliance.
