About This Role

As the Sr. Compliance Analyst for Devoted Health, you will be reporting directly to our Director of Compliance. This means having the chance to work across multiple operational teams; which may include any internal area and those that have a relationship with vendor oversight functions (i.e. Claims, Payment Integrity, Appeals, etc.). You will be performing audits, tracking potential compliance issues, reviewing impact analysis reports, and working corrective action plans.

You will be reviewing monitoring activities from the designated business areas, and assisting in the day to day monitoring activities of the operational area. You will also support risk assessment activities, and audit planning processes. You have the ability to learn and adapt to using Gemini, LLM, Copilot AI prompts to enhance compliance functions.

Your Responsibilities and Impact

  • Performing audits and managing corrective actions.
  • Participating in monthly meetings with our internal teams as well as assigned workgroup sessions.
  • Updating and developing policies, procedures, and job aids.
  • Collaborating with other departments for audits, corrective action, and compliance activities.
  • Analyzing and evaluating data, identifying trends and risks, and making appropriate conclusions based on regulatory guidelines.
  • Reviewing HPMS memos and regulatory guidance for adherence to regulatory processes.
  • Reviewing dashboards and KPI reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Health Plan/CMS ODAG auditing experience
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to Travel 10% (onsite meetings, audits, and conferences)

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Medicare Advantage experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in google products is a plus (slides, google docs, google sheets)
  • Knowledge of Jira and Slack

Salary Range

$55,000 - $80,000 annually #LI-Remote

Our ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
