Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a compliance or regulatory advisory role within the financial services industry, specifically mortgages or lending. Responsibilities

The Compliance Manager will provide second-line-of-defense regulatory and conduct advice to business units, ensuring consistent and appropriate adherence to regulatory requirements. This includes reviewing customer communications, policies, and procedures, attending working groups, updating compliance documents, conducting horizon scanning for regulatory developments, and building effective relationships with business stakeholders to support their understanding of compliance and risk escalation.
