Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation is required, with a significant portion dedicated to supporting sales or Go-to-Market organizations. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing broad-based compensation programs is essential, along with a strong understanding of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and pay-for-performance philosophies. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and present recommendations to various stakeholders is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Compensation Business Partner will serve as the primary compensation partner for the Go-to-Market function, supporting recruiting teams, HRBPs, and business unit leaders. They will lead and develop innovative compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent, advising on compensation-related activities such as new hire offers, promotions, and performance calibrations. Responsibilities include analyzing data trends, presenting insights through presentations and dashboards, and continuously monitoring current programs for improvement. The role also involves reviewing and conducting annual benchmarking of jobs to ensure competitive compensation package ranges, implementing ongoing compensation programs and tools, and reviewing the current job architecture and leveling approach to support hiring and career growth.
