Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, Family Studies, Counseling, Recreational Therapy, Human Services, Human Development, Child Development, Gerontology, Behavioral Science, or Rehabilitation Counseling
OR Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support degree from an approved institution
OR Four years of qualifying work experience in a related human services field (e.g., case management, residential support, developmentally disabled support, vocational rehabilitation) or a combination of education and experience equaling four years
OR Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) certification (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CCDP-D)
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle
Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, community-based mental health services and interventions for children, adolescents, and/or adults
Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals
Use evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Strategies, CBT, and DBT techniques
Offer behavioral interventions focused on skill development, recovery, and resiliency
Coordinate care with physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community partners
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and client progress
Lead and facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) group sessions
Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities
Support organizational quality improvement initiatives through data and feedback
Build relationships with stakeholders including parents, teachers, and community providers
Apply ACT/ACT TAY/IMPART principles when relevant to ensure model fidelity and quality service delivery
