Position Overview

Brightline is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Therapist to join our mission of redefining behavioral health for children and their families. This is a 20 hours per week, remote position focused on providing high-quality, evidence-based care to children and teens.

About the Role

As a Brightline Therapist, you will:

  • Support children and teens (ages 0-17) and their caregivers.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Parent-Management Training (PMT).
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and other relevant parties involved in youth care.
  • Complete thorough clinical documentation in accordance with Brightline's standards of ethical care.
  • Complete required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline's standards of care, tools, policies, and procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for Brightline's mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families.
  • Unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.
  • The ability to practice independently without supervision.
  • Availability to provide care during Brightline's peak hours (2:00 PM - 8:00 PM).
  • At least 3 years of experience practicing independently.
  • Expertise in delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families, including:
    • CBT (e.g., conducting exposures, behavioral activation)
    • Parent Management Training (PMT)
    • Other evidence-based practices for youth.
  • Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting.

Compensation

  • Target Annual Salary Range (for a 40-hour work week): $81,576 - $108,000.
  • Actual compensation will be adjusted to reflect the number of hours worked (20 hours per week).
  • Individual pay may vary based on licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other business considerations.
