Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 2-3 years of experience in community management or marketing, ideally within the crypto or financial services sector. They should have a deep understanding of the local region and a proven ability to navigate its unique market dynamics, along with extensive knowledge of marketing channels and community platforms, including Telegram and Discord.
The Community Manager will develop and implement comprehensive community-building strategies across local social channels and offline events to increase user engagement and cultivate a strong community spirit. They will serve as the primary liaison between the community and the organization, working closely with marketing, product, and central business units to ensure community needs and expectations are met. The role also involves planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities, forging and maintaining partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media channels within the crypto space, coordinating with the marketing and product teams, and designing and implementing campaigns within the telegram channel to drive organic growth and engagement of the online community.
