The Community & Culture Coordinator will support culture tactical operations to ensure Q2’s culture remains authentic to the company’s mission and founding principles, including giving back to communities and financial institutions. They will deliver exceptional service to Q2 employees through flawless event execution aligned to overall engagement goals, partnering with various teams to achieve desired outcomes, and maintaining efficient HR operations by coordinating internal programs and ensuring consistent communication of activities across the organization.
