They should be a disciplined self-starter, driven, motivated, and proactive, with experience in dealing with passionate customers and adept at managing their time and demonstrating teamwork.
The Commercial teammate will support the Merchant Service Operations (MSO) and partner with French customers to remove barriers and build loyalty to the eBay marketplace by understanding their needs, taking ownership, and driving seller profitability. This includes providing a one-stop shop as an expert in areas like buyer/seller protection, policy, billing/credits, and account development through inbound/outbound phone interactions and email. The role involves troubleshooting customer problems, offering solutions, providing recommendations, accurately using systems to get the right solutions, and acting as a customer advocate while expressing genuine interest in helping sellers improve their eBay business and providing exceptional customer service.
